A: Absolutely. This retreat uses trauma-informed approaches with facilitators trained in trauma-sensitive practices. You'll always have choice and agency in your participation level.

Q: Do I need breathwork experience?
A: Not at all. We meet you exactly where you are. The breath is your birthright—you already know how to do this work at the deepest level.

Q: What if I'm not "ready" for deep work?
A: The question isn't readiness—it's willingness. Your soul wouldn't be drawn here if some part of you wasn't prepared. We create an incredibly safe container.

Q: Can I come alone?
A: Many participants come solo and deep bonds form quickly. You'll be held by experienced facilitators and a community of like-hearted souls.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that life can change unexpectedly, and we are committed to supporting you with flexibility and care throughout your journey. If you need to cancel your registration, cancellations made 15 to 30 days prior to the event start date will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, as arrangements have already been made to reserve your space.
