A six-week online journey combining somatic breathwork with two distinct practices of relational repair — one for working with the judgments and resentments we carry about others, and one for practicing the art of offering (and receiving) genuine repair when an apology is what's needed.

This isn't conflict resolution theory. It's an embodied, breath-supported container where you'll take the haunting echoes of your relationship challenges and hurts and learn to creatively work the residual energies and beliefs in transformative ways that may bring unexpected resolutions.

The Territory, Week by Week

Week 1: Arriving Together

We open in circle. Settling into the group, into the container, into what's possible over these six weeks. An introduction to the practices ahead, and our first breathwork journey together — beginning to feel, in the body, what it means to turn toward rather than away.

Weeks 2 & 3: Meeting the Judge

A guided inquiry practice, drawing on a weave of Byron Katie's inquiry practice The Work and parts-work (IFS), for sitting with a judgment or belief you've been carrying — about someone close to you, someone you barely know, or someone — even Life, or God — you've never met at all. Rather than arguing yourself out of the judgment, you'll get curious about it — where it lives, what it's protecting, and what becomes possible underneath it. Whatever surfaces gets carried directly into breathwork for metabolization each week.

Weeks 4 & 5: The Practice of Repair

A different kind of relational work, inspired by Primary Attachment Therapy: what happens when what you're longing for is an apology. You'll work with a practice partner who listens deeply, learns what you've been carrying, and then offers you the repair you've been longing for — part rehearsal, part genuine experience of being met. The breathwork continues to serve as a catalyst for insight and metabolizing of whatever arises during the partner practices.

Week 6: Integration & Closing

We come back together to reflect on what six weeks of this work has surfaced. We'll talk honestly about the possibility of taking any of this into real amends with the people in your life — an invitation, never a requirement — and close with one final breathwork journey and time to integrate.
