Do you ever feel a conflict or tug-of-war within yourself? Like different parts of you have competing agendas, leaving you feeling fragmented, out of sync, or at odds with yourself? It’s a common human experience to feel disconnected from our own true center. But what if you could learn to bring all those parts into a state of collaboration and peace?

The Unifying Breath is a 6-week exploration that combines the profound insights of Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory with the transformative psychesomadelic power of Nūma Breathwork. Creatively woven together, these practices provide a compassionate map to your inner world and a powerful vehicle to journey and inspire change within it. This is your invitation to move beyond internal conflict and into a state of deep, lasting harmony, guided by your wise and compassionate Self.

Your 6-Week Journey to Inner Harmony

This series is structured to gently guide you through a process of discovery, healing, and integration, all within a supportive group environment. Each week, our session will include parts-oriented learnings and exploratory practices, a guided breathwork journey, meaningful group connection, journaling, and Q&A.

  • Week 1: Foundations of the Journey. We'll gather as a group to set intentions for our six weeks together. You will be introduced to the core concepts of our work and have your first experience with Nūma Breathwork as a tool for inspiring release, understanding, insight, and connection across all dimensions of Self.
  • Week 2: Meeting Your Inner Landscape. We’ll dive into the fundamentals of IFS, learning about your managers, firefighters, and exiled parts. You'll identify one of each to focus on for the duration of our journey, setting a clear path for your personal healing. We will then kindle greater awareness of these selected parts with our second breathwork journey. 
  • Week 3: Exploring Your Managers. We'll take a deep look at the manager part you've selected—the part that works hard to keep you in control and away from the hurt carried by the exiles. Through creative exploration and a dedicated breathwork journey, you'll begin to understand its role, build a new, healthy relationship with it, and discover creative new roles for it.
  • Week 4: Understanding Your Firefighters. This week, we journey to meet your chosen firefighter part—the one that reacts (at times, in extreme ways) to protect you from pain whenever it starts to surface. We will explore its purpose with curiosity and compassion, helping you understand its behavior, build a relationship with it, and curiously locate new ways to respond.
  • Week 5: Healing Your Exile. The heart of our journey. We will tenderly approach your selected exiled part, which holds your most vulnerable feelings and memories. While more centered in Self and healthier in relationship with your protectors, we'll begin the process of releasing old burdens and bringing your exile back into the fold.
  • Week 6: Integration and New Possibilities. In our final week, we'll bring all the lessons and learnings together. We will integrate the new relationships you’ve fostered within yourself and explore what new possibilities and choices are available to you now that you are accessing more wholeness and harmony.
