A 6-Week Online Breathwork Series for Men  ·  July 15 – August 19, 2026

Six weeks of honest, embodied inquiry into the parental inheritance — the mother wound, the father wound, the grief that lives underneath both, and the forward-facing question of what gets passed forward. We work through conscious connected breathwork, circle, and dyad practice in a small, intentionally limited group of men. No prior breathwork experience required.

• Breathwork, circle work, and dyad practice each week
• What you need: a mat or blanket, headphones, a private space
